Michel Rollet, a retired mathematics teacher, decided to redeployed himself to continue the family business.
Vineyards: This family owned estate is located on the clay and limestone plateau of Saint Emilion known for creating wines with smooth, round tannins, red fruit flavours and spicy notes. Annual production : 35 000 bottles
Vinification: Manual harvest with sorting in vines and cellar. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Ageing in vats and French oak barrels (70%). The work method consists in making a natural wine.
