Description
Vineyard: Château Bel Air lies between the small and rural towns of Saint- Ferme (54ha) and Rimons (18ha). First established in 1960 under the name of Château Mougneaux, the Châteaux’s vineyards were mostly replanted in 1995 to re-emerge under a new name – Château Bel Air. This restructuration was also carried out in order to equip the Château with a 19.800-hectolitre thermoregulated vat-room and a barrel cellar. Clay/Limestone soils. Average vine age : 25 years old
Vinification: Traditional vinification carried out in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Ageing in vats and barrels.
